Deep Tissue Massage assists in releasing chronic muscle tension, reducing pain and increasing overall health and healing. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. Commonly used to treat knots, muscle tension, plantar fasciitis.

Tigger Point Massage is a technique that involves the application of pressure to specific muscle tissue in order to relieve pain and dysfunction. Commonly used to treat frozen shoulder, sciatica pain, and tension in upper back, TMJ.

Relaxation Massage uses Swedish massage techniques to sooth the body. Commonly used to reduce stress and calm the mind.

Lymphatic Massage is a gentle massage which helps encourage the natural drainage of fluids away from the tissues back toward the heart. Commonly used to help treat patients who have hand lymph nodes removed.

Pregnancy Massage is a therapeutic massage that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the changes of pregnancy. Pregnancy massage enhances the function of the muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue.

Hot Stone Massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated basalt stones as an extension of their own hands to massage sore and tired muscles. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

Sinus Release Massage can help to alleviate sinus irritation. Massaging the sinuses and the tissues surrounding the sinuses can help relieve the pressure and drain mucus-filled sinuses.
